Training Dates
- Wed, 30 Jul 08: Advanced team report aboard (limited, by invitation only)
- Thu, 31 Jul 08: 0800 – 1200, NSCC Staff report aboard
- Fri, 01 Aug 08: 1000 – 1500, NSCC Recruits report aboard
- Sat, 02 Aug 08: 0800 – 1200, NLCC Staff report aboard
- Sun, 03 Aug 08: 0800 – 1200, NLCC Recruits report aboard
- Sun, 10 Aug 08: 1100, All Graduation
Training Deposits

All applications need to be accompanied by your “deposit”
All deposits are non refundable. (see SOP for details)
Escort Officer Applications
RTC New England has an open door policy for all adult applications. We will gratefully accept any and all help. We have an abundance of jobs that need filling. Come and be part of a New England tradition. Become part of our growing family. Come and help train our future.
a. Please complete the “Escort Officer Application” and return it to me along with your “NSCTNG 002 Request For Training (Officer)” ASAP
b. Please read the RTC NE, SOP, which can be found on the RTC NE web site.
c. Please check the web site periodically between now and training start date for up dates and special announcements.
Staff Cadet Applications
a. All Staff Cadet Applicants must complete the RTC NE Staff application and return it to me with your NSCTNG 001 Request for Training (Cadet) and your “deposit”.
b. All applications must be received before 01 Jul 08.
c. All Staff Cadets must read and comprehend the RTC SOP.
d. A POLA Course will be offered to all staff cadet applicants. If you are interested, complete the POLA Application form and include it in your application packet.
e. All Staff Cadets must provide a valid E-Mail address on their application.
f. All applicants for senior staff positions, (CCs, CMAA, ACCs, CME) will be required. to attend the pre-training weekend. Date and location to be announced at a later date.
g. All staff cadets must check the RTC NE web site periodically for up-dates and special announcements.
h. All cadets that are on the Master at Arms Force will need 2 complete sets of Woodland BDUs with all appropriate flashes. The Master-at-Arms badge is no longer authorized for wear with the NSCC uniform.
Recruit Applications
a. All recruit applications must be received by me by 15 Jul 08 with the required deposit.
b. This is a 9 day Boot Camp. All requirements published by NHQ need to be adhered to.
c. All applicants must be enrolled prior to 01 Jul 08.
d. RTC New England is a “Medical Friendly” training. This means that we will accept certain prescription medications and some diagnosed conditions. Please read The NSCC Medical Reference, Policy and Procedures Manual. Please follow all the instructions in this manual. This manual can be accessed on the NHQ resources page. RTC NE needs to know and approve any medications and/or conditions. If a cadet shows up at check-in with any condition or medication that we have not approved, that cadet will be refused acceptance to this training.
e. All recruits and there parents should read and comprehend the RTC NE, SOP.
f. Please adhere to the RTC NE Sea Bag List which can be found in the SOP. If it is on our list, you need it!
g. All recruits should check the RTC NE web site periodically for up-dates and special announcements.
General information
a. The Hold Harmless Release Forms will not be needed this year.
b. An Access Roster WILL be required for all persons that will be entering Fort Devens to deliver a cadet or come to graduation. We request that you use the “Excel Form that will be downloadable from the RTC NE web site and if possible please send it by e-mail. Only the last four numbers of social security numbers will be required. Cadets and adults enrolled at RTC NE do not have to be included on the form. This form needs to be submitted prior to 25 Jul 08.

g. Driving directions to Fort Devens will be posted on RTC NE web site at a later date.
h. RTC NE cannot pick-up cadets at the airport or bus terminals. Parents are responsible to get cadets to our training. We will post public transportation schedules as they become available.
